Serving as both construction manager to the developer and owners representative to the investor, Brian worked with the development team to deliver an upscale, urban surface parked apartment community in Huntersville, NC.

Sorella

Sorella Apartments – As the owner’s construction manager, Brian teamed with the design and construction teams to complete an urban deck-wrapped apartment community in the Sugar Creek neighborhood of Charlotte, NC

Joinery

Brian served as the owner’s Director of Construction on a three-building mixed use apartment community, including two hybrid mass timber buildings, in Charlotte’s Optimist Park neighborhood.

Bradham at New Bern

While working at LMC, Brian completed Bradham at New Bern in 2020 with a strong apartment and retail leaseup in Charlotte’s SouthEnd submarket.

The Julien

Brian lead Levine Properties’ development of The Julien, which opened in 2016 and maintains above average apartment occupancy in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood submarket.

Metropolitan Park

As a member of the Kettler development team, Brian contributed to the delivery of three apartment towers with ground floor retail in Metropolitan Park, soon to also be home of Amazon’s HQ2.

Medical Office Tenant

Brian partnered with the tenant’s broker to serve as an owner’s representative during the construction of a new office for an existing and growing Pediatrician in Charlotte, NC.

Retail Shell & Tenant Buildout

As a general contractor working for the developer, Brian was a Project Manager on several suburban retail shopping centers in northern Virginia.

Commercial Office

As a superintendent for the developer with in house design-build contractor, Brian contributed to several shell and core office buildings and associated tenant upfits.
