During two recent plan reviews of separate new communities instances where identified where an oven was designed to be placed immediately adjacent to a pantry. Check your oven manufacturer’s installation instructions as they may either require or “suggest” six inches of clearance from the edge of the oven to an adjacent vertical surface.
